Audi China Digital Infrastructure
ABOUT
A comprehensive three-part digital infrastructure developed for Audi China during the launch of E5 Sportback. The ecosystem included:
1) Brand Content Hub - a centralized platform for managing Audi China’s digital assets;
2) CICD Portal - an interactive brand design guidelines website for the newly launched E5 Sportback; and
3) TVC Ending Tool - an automated generator for brand-standard video endings.

The Challenge
To create a secure, unified ecosystem that improved access, consistency, and collaboration for Audi China's brand operations stakeholders from internal employees, global entities, and third-party agencies.

The Result
All three platforms launched successfully by August 2025 and were presented to Audi China CMO Rahul Anhuja. The Brand Content Hub now serves nearly 1,000 users with granular permission controls and region-agnostic access, streamlining collaboration across global teams. The CICD Portal replaced static PDF-based guidelines with real-time, interactive resources, unifying the Audi’s brand across China and offering a scalable model for other regions.
